TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Any changes made to this booking at any time after confirmation will levy a cancellation/modification charge of 100% of the original booking amount.
- This booking is non-transferable to another customer. Horizon Villa South reserves the right to cancel the booking at anytime after confirmation or during the stay period if hotel policies are not met and or damage is being made to the property. Refund if applicable shall be made only on the circumstances with which the booking was cancelled.
- The villa reserves the right to admission, if any customer is found to have a fever or symptoms of COVID-19 at the time of arrival to the property, then the villa reserves the right to cancel the booking without refunding the deposit. Mandara Tree Villa will not be responsible and/or legally liable for any guests contracting COVID-19 during their stay. Guests are advised to take all precautions and keep themselves safe at all times.
- Playing of loud music is strictly prohibited at the property.
- All rooms are non-smoking. No pets are allowed on the property.
- The balance amount for your stay has to be paid before check in. Extra charge will levy incase of more number of adults/children are checking in which were not disclosed at the time of making reservation.
- Breakfast Timings are from 07:00 am to 10:00 am, Dinner Timings are from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm after which complimentary meals will not be served.
- Free parking is available at the property. The property in under CCTV protection.
- The Villa reserves the right to admission to the property at any given circumstance.
- All customers are responsible for all their belongings. The Mandara Tree Villa will not be responsible for any loss of any kind of customer’s belongings in anyway.
- Shuttle service to and fro from the airport is available at an extra cost of Rs. 2,000/- per trip.
- Please carry a printout of this voucher to be presented at the time of check in. We reserve the right of admission to the property.
- All disputes arising from any circumstances are subject to the Kangra Jurisdiction, Himachal Pradesh.
